no win no fee

The majority of our cases are carried out on a conditional fee agreement (CFA), more commonly known as a no win no fee agreement.

We use the law society standard CFA and this ensures that clients are able to pursue their cases without the need to pay costs. In addition we do, where appropriate, use legal expenses insurance to protect the client against any costs that may be awarded against them.

To discuss how to pursue your case with no cost to you, contact Stephen Gowland.
