We use the law society standard CFA and this ensures that clients are able to pursue their cases without the need to pay costs. In addition we do, where appropriate, use legal expenses insurance to protect the client against any costs that may be awarded against them.

Q. How much will 'claiming' cost me?
A. We will act for you on a no win no fee basis in pursuing your personal injury claim
Q. How long will my case take?
A. Each personal injury compensation case is different. Your solicitor can offer you guidance on when a settlement may take place.
Q. Does it matter where I live?
A. No not at all. Our offices are based the North East of England and appointments can be made to come into the office if you wish or we can visit you at home or work.
Q. Will I have to go to court?
A. Most personal injury cases are settled before it has to go to court. If your case does not settle, we will advise you fully about what to expect at any court hearing.
Q. My accident happened a while ago. Does it matter?
A. We will take on your claim for compensation if the accident happened within the last 3 years.
Q. What if I lose my case?
A. If we act for you on a no win no fee basis, you have complete peace of mind.
Q. Would I be entitled to compensation?
A. You are entitled to claim compensation if you have been injured in an accident in the last 3 years that was not your fault. In the case of a child , a claim can be made up until the child reaches the age of 21.
Q. What can I claim for?
A. You can claim compensation for personal injuries and financial losses, which can include loss of earnings and any other expenses that you have incurred because of the accident.
Q. Do I have to pay any costs to pursue my claim?
A. No, win or lose your personal injury claim, there is nothing for you to pay.
Q. If I don't have to pay my costs, who does?
A. If we accept your claim we will enter into an agreement with you, and you will not have to pay any costs win or lose. You will not be asked to take out a loan or credit, as your solicitor will fund your claim. If your claim is successful, we will claim your compensation and also our costs from the other party's insurance company. You will receive 100% of your compensation.
Q. What should I do if I have an accident?
A. You must try to gather whatever evidence you can to support why you feel you were not at fault, i.e. witness names, photographs and details of who you wish to claim against. In addition, it would be useful to keep a detailed record of expenses, receipts and of your recovery from the injury.
